Our Consultants shall further to the services required; do and perform all acts, and things which are usually done and performed by Consultants according to the practice of our profession in relation to the services and matters provided as agreed including the giving of advice upon any instances which the client may from time to time require in preparing the Project and in carrying out the services relating there to.

STEP 1:

Investigation, Preliminary design and estimates

Objective:
To prepare the Acoustic Concept Plan for architectural design process, including the Acoustic Brief to be incorporated into the Architectural Concept Design.

STEP 2:

i) Detailed design

Objective: To prepare Acoustic Detailed and Technical Plans.

ii) Preparation of tender documents and Evaluation of tenders

Objective: To finalize Acoustic technical specifications, drawings and details to be incorporated into the Tender document and evaluate proposals;

STEP 3:

Supervision and contract administration of the Works

Objective:
To advise and assist in the implementation, installation and testing / commissioning of the integrated Acoustic design for the project in accordance to the specifications.
